Question 1

What exactly does Ezer Elevate do?

Accepted Answer

We help you determine what kind of virtual support you need, then find, screen, interview, and match you with a virtual assistant suited to that role. We're a recruitment, consulting, and matching service — not a directory.

Question 2

Who can use your service?

Accepted Answer

Business owners, entrepreneurs, agency owners, professionals and executives, and small teams looking to add reliable remote support.

Question 3

What types of virtual assistants can you help me find?

Accepted Answer

Support ranges from executive and administrative assistance to customer service, bookkeeping support, marketing, operations, and industry-specific administrative roles. Not every VA performs every service, so we identify the skills and experience your specific needs require.

Question 4

What if I don't know what kind of VA I need?

Accepted Answer

That's very common and completely okay. Tell us what's taking up your time and we'll help identify what can be delegated and what type of support would help most.

Question 5

Are your VAs based in the Philippines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source virtual professionals in the Philippines.

Question 6

Do you interview and screen candidates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We review candidates against your requirements and conduct interviews to better understand communication, experience, professionalism, and fit before introducing anyone to you.

Question 7

How does the matching process work?

Accepted Answer

We consult with you, define the role, source and screen candidates, interview them, then introduce candidates who align with your needs. The final hiring decision remains with you.

Question 8

How much does your service cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the role, the skills required, and the level of support you need. We share full details during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Question 9

How quickly can you find a VA?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on the role, the skills required, and candidate availability. Most searches move quickly once the role is defined, and we share an expected timeframe right after your needs assessment.

Question 10

What happens if the candidate isn't the right fit?

Accepted Answer

Let us know as soon as something feels off. We'll review what wasn't working, refine the role if needed, and continue the search until you have the right person in place.

Question 11

Do you help with onboarding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you choose your VA, we help make the transition into working with them smoother.

Question 12

Do I hire the VA directly or through Ezer Elevate?

Accepted Answer

You work directly with your virtual assistant day to day. Ezer Elevate handles the consultation, recruitment, screening, interviewing, matching, and onboarding support around that relationship.
